What this Privacy Policy Covers

This privacy policy covers Union County ARES/RACES treatment of personally identifiable information collected by Union County ARES/RACES through a website owned and operated by Union County ARES/RACES.

Union County ARES/RACES automatically receives and records non-personal information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page you requested. Some of our web pages and applications may send anonymous usage statistics to Union County ARES/RACES and to our service providers to help us improve our website and content, and better meet the needs of radio amateurs. Anti Spam Policy

Union County ARES has no tolerance for the sending of spam and unsolicited mail, and we prohibit the use of third-party, purchased, rented, or harvested mailing lists. Any Union County ARES member found using Union County ARES to send such mail will be dealt with quickly and lawfully.
